The HeliX flagship campus at dusk, halls flanking the central logistics spine

The flagship

320,000 sq ft. Eleven zones. One logistics spine.

Zones 3–6 are commissioned by the anchor partner in that vertical, on their own controllers and safety stack. Industry bays are real, not representative.

Design principle

Failure is the curriculum

Bays are instrumented to inject faults, not to avoid them. The failure library — not the classroom — is the core IP.

Sensor and comms degradation

LiDAR, GNSS and camera spoofing, degraded links, latency injection on live teleoperation.

Mechanical fault injection

Actuator faults, thermal derating, calibration drift and unannounced tooling failure.

ICS-level attack

Zone 7 mirrors the OT stack of every production zone and terminates in real motors and valves behind hard interlocks.
